As great as the dub version is, the Japanese version with amazing amounts of Engrish is just a bit more funny to watch and enjoy.

I watched the English dub on YouTube a few days ago after Mr. Regular mentioned Redline in his F-150 video. I thought it was great, and I've been re-watching certain bits of it and listening to the OST since then - I've heard that the side characters are actually from a series of their own.

I doubt it would. I think the whole version is on youtube already, and it usually uses audio to do copyright flagging, which would obviously be altered.
